PROVIDENT FILMS/FIREPROOF MOVIE EVENT SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES 1. Entry. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. To enter the FIREPROOF MOVIE EVENT Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"): (a) fill out, sign, and mail in an official entry blank enclosed in a Provident Films FIREPROOF product; or (b) mail a 3 x 5 card with your name, address, age, daytime telephone number, email address, and signature to: Provident Films FIREPROOF Sweepstakes, 741 Cool Springs Blvd., Franklin, TN 37067. Limit one mail-in entry per stamped outer envelope.) Enter as often as you like. All entries must be handwritten and legible. Illegible, incomplete, machine-printed, typewritten, or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, delayed, mutilated, altered, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. All entries become Sponsors' property and none will be returned. Your submission of an entry certifies that you satisfy all eligibility requirements and have read and complied with all of the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsors and Sweepstakes judges.
2. Sweepstakes Period. Entries will be accepted from 07/14/09 through 03/15/10 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on 03/15/10.
3. Selection of Winners. One (1) provisional winner will be chosen at random on or before 04/01/10 by Provident Films from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Provident Films will attempt to notify the provisional winner by telephone within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. If the provisional winner is contacted and notified in person within such 24 hour period and complies with these rules, he/she will be declared the official winner ("Grand Prize Winner"). If the provisional winner is not reached and notified in person by telephone within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing, or does not comply with these rules, he or she may be disqualified and Provident Films may select a substitute provisional winner at random from among all remaining eligible entries.
Provisional winners must be notified in person and must personally consent to receive any Prizes within 24 hours of the drawing. No messages will be left at the telephone number(s) given by provisional winners, and any calls returned by provisional winners via caller identification or similar technology will not be accepted.
Immediately following the establishment of a Grand Prize Winner, Provident Films will randomly select twenty (20) Second Prize Winners, followed by fifty (50) Third Prize Winners. Such Second Prize Winners and Third Prize Winners will not be notified, but will receive their Prize via U.S. regular mail within six (6) weeks of the random selection.
As used herein, "Winners" will collectively refer to the Grand Prize Winner, the Second Prize Winners and the Third Prize Winners. As used herein, "Prize" will collectively refer to the Grand Prize, the Second Prize and the Third Prize.

The Grand Prize Winner will receive a FIREPROOF Movie event at their church hosted by Stephen Kendrick valued at approximately $500 ("Grand Prize") (Grand Prize to include (1) A "Fireproof" site license for the church, (2) dinner for Grand Prize Winner and up to six (6) friends with Stephen Kendrick, (3) a Provident Films/Sherwood Pictures 3-pack DVD collection, (4) a "Fireproof" soundtrack CD and (5) and autographed "Fireproof" DVD and movie poster. No substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except that all Prizes are subject to availability and Provident Films may substitute a Prize or Prize component of equal or greater value. Award of Grand Prize is subject to Winner's proof of eligibility, including proof of residency, and other requirement and conditions as set forth in these Official Rules. The Grand Prize is nontransferable and non-assignable. THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OTHER EXPENSES NOT SPECIFICALLY STATED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES THAT ARE INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE GRAND PRIZE.

No substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except that all Prizes are subject to availability and Provident Films may substitute a Prize or Prize component of equal or greater value. Award of Prizes is subject to Winner's proof of eligibility, including proof of residency, and other requirement and conditions as set forth in these Official Rules. The Prizes are nontransferable and non-assignable.

Employees, officers and directors of Provident Films LLC, a unit of Sony Music Entertainment and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of film "Fireproof" and/or Sweepstakes materials, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter.
7. Odds. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Conditions. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Participation in Sweepstakes and acceptance of a Prize constitutes Winner's permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants, and winner agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of Prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if Prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified.

The Sponsors reserve the right to terminate, cancel, suspend or modify this Sweepstakes if Sponsors determine that fraud, technical failures, or other acts or events beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors have compromised the fairness or integrity of this Sweepstakes.
10. Construction. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
